Pins and Needles is the recording of this song being made up on the spot. I wanted to write/record some ideas about when I used to get regular but mystery panic attacks which started as pins and needles in my left hand and ended up in my face.
I wasn't expecting to come out with the recording I did, but I did. Technically the vocal is pretty awful. But I feel like it's a solid depiction of the distress that inspired the song.

For whatever reason, no matter how terrible it might actually be, I like this unpolished off-the-cuff recording, and this raw voice note inspired the release of This Is Not For You.
